Park Ha Biologicals AI Partnership with Star Plus Action Drives Surge in Nasdaq Gainers List
Founded in 2016, Park Ha Biological operates the “Park Ha” private‑skincare brand, selling products directly and through franchise networks. As of April 30 2025, the firm runs three company‑owned stores and 39 franchise outlets in China, 38 of which carry the “Park Ha” name and one under “Geni.” The company positions itself as a provider of cost‑effective solutions for skin concerns, aiming to empower women seeking confidence‑boosting treatments.
Under the new alliance, the two companies will merge resources in healthcare, skincare development, celebrity intellectual‑property (IP) management, and artificial‑intelligence technology. Their first joint product, an AI Nutritionist, has already launched as a pilot. The partners plan to roll out a full‑chain intelligent service system that will feature AI‑powered store managers and AI‑driven professional skincare specialists. These systems are designed to manage online and offline touchpoints, analyze customer traffic, deliver personalized recommendations, and provide automated after‑sales support. All AI functions are intended strictly for general wellness and cosmetic purposes, not for medical diagnosis or treatment.
Star Plus Legend, listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, specializes in IP creation and operation. The firm has partnered with celebrities such as Jay Chou and Liu Genghong to develop digital avatars, including “Zhou Classmate” and “Coach Liu.” In 2023, it collaborated with Hollywood special‑effects teams to produce the “Zhou Classmate” avatar and launched additional AI entities, including an AI nutritionist and an AI live‑stream host. The collaboration covers product development, IP empowerment, AI agents, offline scenarios, user operations, digital innovation, and global expansion.
The partnership is framed as a response to a Chinese beauty‑market trend in which consumers increasingly demand integrated skincare and health‑management solutions. By combining Park Ha’s scientific skincare expertise with Star Plus Legend’s AI and IP capabilities, the alliance aims to dismantle traditional industry barriers, accelerate digital transformation, and potentially set an international benchmark for AI‑driven beauty services.
While BYAH’s shares have already reflected investor enthusiasm, the company has not yet disclosed a timeline for full deployment of the AI systems. Analysts expect the next earnings release to provide further guidance on how the collaboration will influence revenue and growth.
