Victoria’s Secret & Co. (NYSE: VSXY) announced that its shareholders voted to re‑elect the entire slate of board nominees at the company’s annual meeting on June 11. Preliminary tallies show independent chair Donna James received more than 83 % of the vote, and each of the other directors garnered at least 81 %. When the 13 % stake held by BBRC International Pte Limited is removed from the count, James’ support climbs to 99 % and the remaining directors sit at 96 % or higher.

The vote followed a proxy contest launched by BBRC that urged shareholders to oppose James and every other board nominee except CEO Hillary Super. BBRC’s own ballot mirrored that position, voting against James and the other nominees. The company said the outcome demonstrates “decisive support for the current board leadership” and “reaffirms shareholder confidence in our board’s continued oversight of the Path to Potential strategy.”
